How do I place an order?+
Browse the catalog (or use the search and goal filters on the shop page), add compounds to your bag, and check out. We confirm your order and send payment instructions by email.
If anything goes wrong, support@hapiproducts.com is one message away.
How fast do you ship, and what does it cost?+
All orders ship from the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same business day.
Shipping is a flat $12, and free on orders over $150. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
How should I store my compounds?+
Unopened vials are happiest in the fridge (2–8°C) with the seal intact. Once reconstituted, store in the freezer and avoid repeated temperature swings.

Can I return an order?+
Because our compounds are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns once a parcel has been delivered.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, email support@hapiproducts.com within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
